What's included in a Complimentary Consultation?This 30 minute appointment is designed to help answer any questions you may have about the coaching programs available. Will I need to buy special food to participate in the program?All programs are "whole food" based, meaning you should be able to find all recommendations at the grocery store. I do recommend buying organic foods as much as possible.
