    Yes, I offer a variety of payment plans. Some HSA and Flexible Spending accounts are also accepted depending on your employers rules.

    This 30 minute appointment is designed to help answer any questions you may have about the coaching programs available. This is also an opportunity for us to get to know one another a bit, and to assess readiness on your part. Please note this is not a "coaching" call.
  • Will I need to buy special food to participate in the program?
    All programs are "whole food" based, meaning you should be able to find all recommendations at the grocery store. I do recommend buying organic foods as much as possible.
  • What is Breast Implant Illness?
    Breast Implant Illness (BII) is a term used to describe the range of symptoms that are attributed to breast implants. These symptoms may affect a variety of systems in the body, and can trigger autoimmune type symptoms, hormonal issues, chronic fatigue, cognitive issues, muscle and joint pain, hair loss, gut issues, respiratory issues, etc. There can be several possible causes including, immune system reaction, silicone leakage, chronic inflammation, and trauma.

    Inflammation is a natural response to the body's immune system to injury, infection, or damage. It is important to note, that not all inflammation is bad. Acute inflammation can simply be a message that the body is sending, but chronic inflammation can lead to long term issues and disease.
  • What is Rosacea?
    Rosacea is commonly known as a skin condition that represents as redness, excess vascular lesions, and acne-like pustules. That being said, Rosacea is actually an internal condition caused by excess "heat/inflammation" in the body.
  • How do I stop Inflammation?
    We can't stop all inflammation, and frankly we don't want to stop all of it. But chronic inflammation can be decreased by proper nutrition, exercise, hydration, healing old trauma, mediation, and even breath work.
  • What causes Inflammation?
    Some of the more common causes can include, infections, physical injury, chemicals/toxins, autoimmune disorders, allergies, foreign bodies, stress and alcohol. Some other major causes of inflammation that are just now being recognized are old emotional wounds, abuse, trauma, living a life that is unfulfilling, medications, and the SAD (Standard American Diet).
  • Is Keto good for inflammation?
    Keto can help with inflammation as excess carbohydrates can cause issues with gluose and insulin. That being said, I do not recommend Keto long-term.

    A healthy gut plays a critical role in overall well-being, the production of seratonin, influencing digestion ,mood, nutrient absorption, immune function and mental health. Key aspects include a diverse microbiome, healthy gut lining, regular bowel movements, and effective digestion and absorption.

    Probiotics are live microorganisms that can be beneficial in healing the gut. They can be found in a variety of foods, as well as supplements.

    NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Simply put, it is how to use the language of the mind to consistently achieve our specific and desired outcomes. Our beliefs are our perceptions. In order to shift your reality, shift your thoughts, shift your decisions, shift your beliefs, and change your world into the possibility you want it to be.
  • How do I know if I should be taking Supplements? (What are the symptoms)?
    Working with a medical provider or certified coach can help you determine deficiencies. Blood, urine or saliva tests are also highly beneficial when making supplement recommendations. These tests can show deficiencies where supplementation can be helpful.
  • Should I be taking Supplements?
    Supplements can be highly beneficial to support the body, and it is important to work with a professional when using supplements as supplements are not monitored by the FDA, and they can have side effects if taken improperly.

    Yes, most acne is due to internal factors such as poor diet, lack of nutrients, poor gut health, inflammation, and hormonal imbalances.

    There is no real "test" that tells you if you are in perimenopause. That said, it can be easily identified by its symptoms and indicators such as irregular menstrual cycles, hot flashes, night sweats, sleep issues, mood changes, sexual changes, skin changes, fatigue, weight gain, memory problems, etc.

    Perimenopause is the transitional period leading up to menopause. It can occur in women as early as their mid 30's, or as late as early 50's. It can last several years and create a variety of changes and imbalances in the body.

  • What is the best weight loss diet?
    One that is sustainable and that you can stick with long term. Most people today struggle with long-term weight loss because they look for quick fixes that are not sustainable in the long run.
  • How do I speed up my metabolism?
    Increasing your metabolic state can occur by lowering inflammation in the body, incorporating quality nutrition, building muscle (strength training), performing High-Intensity Interval Training (HITT), eating a diet high in protein, managing stress, and staying consistent. It is important to note, that sluggish metabolisms occur due to inflammation being high in the diet.
